1. Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of the E-Syndic website and platform.

2. Service access

Access to some features is reserved for users authorized by the residence, the property manager or the platform administrator.

3. Accuracy of information

The user agrees to provide accurate information and report any error regarding identity, unit, payments or contact details.

4. Services provided

E-Syndic provides modules for accounting, payment, recovery, communication, documents, general meetings, reporting, mobile app and EVA AI assistant.

5. Payment and billing

Services may be subject to quotation, subscription, setup or specific support depending on unit count, enabled modules and residence needs.

6. Responsibilities

E-Syndic provides management tools. The property manager and administrators remain responsible for management decisions, entered data and operational approvals.

7. Access security

Each user must protect login credentials and quickly report any suspicious use.

8. Intellectual property

The website, interfaces, texts, visuals, modules, trademarks and software elements remain protected. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

9. Availability

E-Syndic uses reasonable means to ensure service availability, subject to maintenance, technical incidents or external constraints.

10. Personal data

Data processing is described in the privacy policy. The user accepts that necessary data is processed to provide the service.

11. Changes

E-Syndic may change these terms to reflect technical, legal or functional evolutions.

12. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Tunisian law unless mandatory provisions provide otherwise.
